Custom False Ceiling & Partition Wall Solutions

Non-load-bearing drywall partition installations generally do not require structural HDB permits, provided they comply with floor loading limits and do not block exit routes or ventilation.

A full false ceiling covers the entire ceiling area below the concrete slab to conceal wires and install flush downlights. An L-box ceiling runs along the perimeter of the room, ideal for cove lighting while retaining main ceiling height.

Standard hollow drywall offers basic sound isolation. Adding 50mm–70mm high-density Rockwool insulation and double-layer gypsum boards significantly reduces noise transfer between rooms.

For damp areas like toilets, bathrooms, and kitchen splash zones, we use moisture-resistant ceiling boards (green boards) or calcium silicate boards to prevent mold and sagging.
